Data we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional organization, chosen service, message, and the time submitted. When you place an order request, we collect your name, email, phone, optional organization, delivery address and notes, the products and quantities requested, the item subtotal, final invoice amount, payment instructions, and the order status. Your cart is stored in a session until checkout or expiry. If you create an account, the Identity system also processes account and authentication information. The web server may record technical request information needed to operate and protect the site.
Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to read your request, respond, and discuss potential services. We use order details to confirm stock, pricing, delivery, licensing, payment arrangements, and support. Account information is used to provide account access and security. We may retain records needed to manage a request, meet legal duties, or resolve a dispute. We do not currently use inquiry details for an automated marketing mailing list.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and raise concerns about how it is used, subject to applicable law. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Use the contact form with “Privacy request” selected. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable.
